Juan Jasso joins Bath Gladiators as Team Manager

As the team gets ready for the upcoming season the club have recruited Juan Jasso to act as Team Manager of Bath Gladiators Rugby League . Juans’ main role will be to support head coach Matt Bodey on the administration side and to improve the internal processes of Bath Gladiators Rugby League as the club continues to move forward under its new ownership structure.

Reflecting on his appointment Juan commented “Anyone who knows me , knows that I love to be involved in exciting projects and I think that building a really strong community club is exciting. Listening to the guys in the club, they have a sensible plan for the future.”

“For me its a club where I will be able to use my experience to assist in a number of areas that will ensure the club progresses in an organic and sustainable way. I’ve known Dean for quite a while and am just starting to get to know the other guys, but whilst the club may not be aiming for Super League, they are serious guys with a serious plan as their new ground shows.”

For anyone not familiar with Juan Jasso, he is currently GM for the USARL wheelchair team and is preparing them for the upcoming World Cup. He is a qualified RFL Level 2 Coach and is currently on the RFL Level 3 High Performance Coaching Award. He previously worked at London Broncos as scholarship coach & has also assisted the IRL on development trips to Mexico RLF and Argentina RL. Additionally, he is also currently assisting Huddersfield Giants Community Trust as the strength & conditioning coach

Juan is an experienced university & college sports and lecturer with a specialty in Human Performance. He was also a former US Army Staff Sergeant.
